サラダチキンで唐揚げ丼

材料:
サラダチキン 1枚
しょうゆ 大さじ1
生姜(すりおろし) 小さじ1/2
にんにく(すりおろし) 小さじ1/2
塩・コショウ 少々
小麦粉 大さじ2
サラダ油 大さじ3

ご飯 200g
レタス 1枚
マヨネーズ 大さじ1

作り方:
1.サラダチキンはひと口大に切る。

2.保存用密閉袋に(1)、しょうゆ、生姜、にんにく、塩、コショウを加えて揉み込む。

3.小麦粉を茶こしでふるって両面にまぶす。

4.フライパンにサラダ油を引いて中火にかけ、(3)を並べて両面きつね色になるまで5分ほど揚げ焼きにする。

5.丼にご飯を盛り、レタスを敷いて唐揚げを乗せ、マヨネーズをかけたら、完成!

Chicken Karaage Salad

INGREDIENTS
1 boneless, skinless boiled chicken breast
1 tablespoon soy sauce
½ teaspoon grated ginger
½ teaspoon grated garlic
Kosher salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
200 grams cooked white rice
1 green lettuce leaf
1 tablespoon mayonnaise

PREPARATION
Cut the chicken breast into bite-size pieces. Transfer to a zip-top bag with the soy sauce, ginger, garlic, salt, and pepper. Rub the marinade into the chicken.
Dust the chicken on both sides with the flour.
Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook, flipping once, for 5 minutes, until browned.
Add the rice to a serving bowl and place the lettuce on top. Top with the chicken and drizzle with the mayonnaise.

  1. If Yalls read the title, it's convenience store chicken. It's like a cooked chicken breast for maybe 300 yen or so. Comes vacuum sealed in plastic. This video is like "whoa great meal from convenience store chicken?!?"
