ふわとろ親子丼
1人分

材料:
鶏もも肉(ひと口大にそぎ切り)150g
玉ねぎ(1cm幅くし切り) 1/2個
だし汁 100ml
酒 大さじ1
みりん 大さじ1
しょうゆ 大さじ1
卵(卵黄と卵白に分ける) 2個
塩 少々

ごはん 200g
かいわれ大根 適量
刻みのり 適量

作り方:
1.鍋にだし汁、酒、みりん、しょうゆ、玉ねぎを入れて中火にかける。

2.煮立ったら鶏肉を加え、火が通るまで3分ほど煮る。

3.ボウルに卵白、塩を入れてツノが立つまで泡立てる。卵黄を1個加えて混ぜる。

4.(3)を(2)に加えて蓋をしめ、火を止めて3分蒸らす。

5.丼にごはんを盛り、(4)をのせ、中央に残りの卵黄をのせたら、完成!

INGREDIENTS
100 milliliters dashi broth
1 tablespoon sake
1 tablespoon mirin
1 tablespoon soy sauce
½ onion, sliced
150 grams chicken thighs
2 eggs, keep egg white and yolk separate
Salt, to taste

200 grams cooked rice

GARNISH
Sprouts
Chopped seaweed

PREPARATION
Combine dashi broth, sake, mirin, soy sauce, onion, and chicken thighs in a pan over medium heat.

In a medium mixing bowl, beat the egg whites and salt with an electric hand mixer on medium speed until soft peaks form. Add 1 egg yolk and combine it.

Pour the eggs into the pan, cover, turn off the heat, and steam for 3 minutes.

Put mixture on cooked rice. Top with sprouts, chopped seaweed, and egg yolk.

  4. tbh this feels like a that pretentious "culinary foam" trends. I prefer the classic oyakodon that probably will have a better textures.
