あんバターサンドのレシピのご紹介です!
スコーンにあんことバターをサンドして、韓国のカフェ風に仕上げました♪
スコーンのサクサク感と、あんバターの濃厚な甘さがなんとも言えない美味しさ♡

スコーンで挟むあんバターサンド
4個分
材料:
■スコーン
薄力粉 100g
砂糖 大さじ1/2
べーキングパウダー 小さじ1
バター(無塩)30g
牛乳 50ml
つぶあん 適量
バター(有塩)4切れ
作り方:
1.オーブンは190℃に予熱しておく。
2.ボウルの上で薄力粉、砂糖、ベーキングパウダーをふるいにかける。
3.キューブ状に切ったバターを加えて指先ですり合わせる。
4.パン粉状になったら、冷やした牛乳を加えてスプーンで混ぜ、粉気がなくなったら手でまとめる。
5.厚さ3cm程度の正方形になるように綿棒で伸ばし、十字に切り込みを入れる。
6.190℃に予熱したオーブンで25分焼く。
7.オーブンから取り出して粗熱をとり、横半分にカットする。
8.(7) につぶあんとバターをはさんだら、完成!

INGREDIENTS

100g Flour

1 teaspoon Baking powder
30g Butter (unsalted)
50ml Milk
Sweet bean paste
4 slices Butter (salted)
PREPARATION
1. Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.
2. Sift the flour, sugar and baking powder into a bowl.
3. Add butter cut into cubes and rub with your fingertips.
4. When it becomes bread crumbs, add chilled milk and mix, once everything is incorporated knead by hand.
5. Roll it with a pin and shape into a square with a thickness of about 3 cm, and cut into 4 pieces.
6. Bake in an oven preheated to 190 ° C for 25 minutes.
7. Remove from the oven, once the scones have cooled down cut them in half.
8. Place the bean paste and butter in (7) and you’re done!
