ジューシーなのにほっくほく！フライドポテトチキン / Fried Potato Chicken

一口食べたらカリッと香ばしい衣とほくほくのジャガイモ、そしてジューシーなチキンの旨味が口に広がる新感覚フライドチキン♪

フライドポテトチキン
2人分

材料：
鶏手羽元　6本
じゃがいも　2個
チリペッパー　小さじ1/2
塩　少々
コショウ　少々
ローリエ　1枚
サラダ油　適量
水　適量
顆粒コンソメ　小さじ1
ピザ用チーズ　適量
薄力粉　適量
溶き卵　1個分
パン粉　適量
サラダ油　適量

作り方：
1.鶏手羽元の皮を剥いて、チリペッパー、塩、コショウをまぶす。

2.深めのフライパンにサラダ油をひき、熱して(1)を焼き色がつくまで転がしながら焼く。

3.(2)に手羽元が半分浸るくらいの水、ローリエを加えて沸騰させ、中火にして中に火が通るまでゆでる。

4.(3)をバッドに移し、軽く拭き取って粗熱をとり、骨から肉を取ってフォークでほぐし、包丁に持ち変えて細く切る。骨はとっておく。

5.大きめの耐熱ボウルにじゃがいもを入れ、ラップをして600Wの電子レンジで6分加熱する。

6.(5)を熱いうちに細かくつぶし、(4)、塩、コショウ、顆粒コンソメを加えて全体を混ぜ合わせ、6等分にする。

7.(6)を手のひらに広げ、骨、チーズを中心にのせたら俵状に包む。

8.薄力粉、溶き卵、パン粉の順につけて180℃に熱した揚げ油できつね色になるまで揚げて完成！

Fried potato chicken
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
6 chicken drumsticks
2 potatoes (peel and cut into bite-sized pieces)
1/2 teaspoon chili pepper powder
Some salt
Some pepper
1 bay leaf
Some water
1 teaspoon consommé powder
Some shredded cheese
Some flour
1 beaten egg
Some panko breadcrumbs
Some vegetable oil

PREPARATION
1. Remove the chicken skin. Season with salt, pepper, and chili pepper powder.

2. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan. Cook drumsticks (1) until golden.

3. Add the bay leaf and water to cover half of the drumsticks. When boiled, turn the heat down to medium and cook until chicken is done.

4. Take chicken from the pan and pat-dry with paper towels. Pull the meat from drumsticks. Save the bones for later.

5. Put all potato pieces in a heat-proof bowl. Cover with food wrap and microwave for 6 minutes at 600W.

6. Mash potatoes while hot. Add the chicken meat (4), salt, pepper, and consommé powder. Mix well and divide into 6 portions.

7. Flatten each portion (6) and place some shredded cheese and a bone (4) in the center. Wrap and shape into a ball.

8. Dust each meat (7) with flour, dip in the beaten egg, then coat with panko breadcrumbs. Fry in the oil (180°C) until golden. Serve with ketchup and mustard as you like.
