🍱 Temaki sushi

🗒 Ingredients:
‣ rice – 200 g
‣ water – 220 ml
‣ rice vinegar – 40 ml
‣ sugar – 40 g
‣ nori sheets – 1 pack
‣ any filling – to your taste

🍽 Preparation:
1. Rinse the rice thoroughly until the water is clear, drain all the liquid. Then pour in clean cold water and put on the fire, as soon as almost all the moisture has evaporated, cover with a lid and steam over low heat for 15 minutes. If suddenly the rice is not completely ready yet, you can add a little water and also leave it under the lid over low heat. The pan should have a thick bottom.
2. Then put the rice on a flat plate. Combine rice vinegar and sugar, mix and pour over hot rice, mix well and let cool completely. Stir occasionally to speed up the process.
3. Then cut the nori sheets in half. Form temaki sushi, as in the video.
