卵トーストドック
2人分
材料：
食パン（6枚切り） 2枚
スライスチーズ（半分に切る） 2枚
ウインナー（半分に切る） 2本
【A】卵 1個
【A】塩 小さじ1/3
【A】コショウ 適量
サラダ油 大さじ1
作り方：
① 食パンは耳を切り落とし、麺棒で薄く伸ばして半分に切る。
② ①の上にスライスチーズを置く。手前にウインナーをのせ、奥に向かってくるくる巻いてつまようじで止める。
③ ボウルに【A】を入れて混ぜ、②をくぐらせる。
④ フライパンにサラダ油をひいて中火で熱し、③を並べる。両面をこんがりと焼いたら、完成！

Sausage French Toast Roll Ups
Servings: 2
INGREDIENTS
2 slices white bread (6 slices pack)
2 cheese slices (cut into halves)
2 sausages (cut vertically into halves)
A
1 egg
1/3 teaspoon salt
Pepper, as needed
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
PREPARATION
1. Cut off the crust of bread. With a rolling pin, roll out each slice and cut into halves.
2. Place the cheese and the sausage on (1) and roll. Close the end with a toothpick.
3. Mix all of the ingredients A in a bowl.
4. Heat a lightly oiled pan on medium. Dip (2) in (3) and place on the pan. Cook until both sides are golden.
5. Enjoy!
