ひとくちサイズがかわいい!チョコバナナ・ケーキポップ
50個分
材料:
ブリガデイロ(*1) 50個
ミニバナナ 3本
卵 1個
薄力粉 200g
砂糖 100g
牛乳 100ml
揚げ油 適量
溶かしたチョコレート 適量
チョコスプレー 適量
作り方
1. ボウルにザルを重ねてバナナを入れ、スプーンで潰して漉す。
2. 牛乳と卵を加えてゴムベラで混ぜたら、砂糖と薄力粉を加え、なめらかになるまでよく混ぜる。
3. 竹串にブリガデイロをさし、(2)をまとわせて、余分な生地は落とす。
4. 180℃に熱した揚げ油に(3)を入れ、きつね色になるまで揚げたら、紙などにとって油を切る。
5. 溶かしたチョコレートを絡め、チョコスプレーをまぶしたら、完成!
*1…ブリガデイロはブラジルのチョコレート菓子。コンデンスミルクとココアパウダーを混ぜてビー玉状に丸めたもの。
