ミニキューブチーズケーキ
2人分
材料：
【A】クリームチーズ（室温に戻す） 200g
【A】砂糖 大さじ2
【A】レモン汁 小さじ2
紫芋パウダー 適量
ビスケット 適量
作り方：
① ボウルに【A】を入れて混ぜ、製氷トレーに詰める。冷凍庫に入れ、1時間冷凍する。
② ①を取り出し、紫芋パウダーと砕いたビスケットをまぶして、完成！

Serves 2
INGREDIENTS
200g cream cheese (at room temperature)
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Purple sweet potato powder, to taste
Biscuits, to taste
PREPARATION
1. In a bowl, combine ingredients from1, and spoon the mixture into an ice cube tray. Place it in the freezer and freeze for 1 hour.
2. Remove the frozen cubes from the tray, dust them with purple sweet potato powder, and sprinkle crushed biscuits on top. You’re done!
3. Enjoy!
