しいたけの肉詰め焼き
2人分

材料:
しいたけ(軸を切り落とす) 6個
鶏ひき肉 150g
玉ねぎ(みじん切り) 30g
溶き卵 1/2個
薄力粉 適量
A: 片栗粉 大さじ2
A: 酒 大さじ1
A: しょうが(すりおろし) 小さじ1/2
A: 塩 小さじ1/3
A: コショウ 少々
スライスチーズ(4等分に切る)2枚
しそ 5枚
万能ねぎ 適量

作り方
1.ボウルに鶏ひき肉、玉ねぎ、溶き卵、(A)を入れ、粘りが出るまでよく混ぜる。

2.しいたけの傘の内側に薄力粉を薄くまぶし、1を詰める。

3.アルミホイルをしいた天板に(2)を並べ、とろけるチーズを乗せる。トースターに入れ、こんがりと焼き色がつくまで7〜8分焼く。

4.しそを敷いた器に盛り、お好みで粗挽きコショウを振り、万能ねぎを散らしたら、完成!

STUFFED SHIITAKE MUSHROOMS
Makes 6 stuffed mushrooms

INGREDIENTS
150 grams ground chicken
30 grams onion, minced
½ beaten egg
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon sake
½ teaspoon grated ginger
⅓ teaspoon salt
Black pepper, to taste
6 shiitake mushrooms, stems removed
All-purpose flour, for dusting
6 slices of mozzarella cheese

For Serving
5 shiso leaves
Sliced scallions

PREPARATION
Line a baking sheet with foil.
In a medium bowl, combine the ground chicken, onion, egg, cornstarch, sake, ginger, salt, and pepper. Mix well with your hands to combine.
Sprinkle flour all over the shiitake mushrooms.
Stuff the mushrooms with the filling, then place on the prepared baking sheet. Top each mushroom with a slice of cheese.
Broil the mushrooms in the toaster oven for 7 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Arrange the shiso leaves on a serving plate, then set the mushrooms on top. Garnish with pepper and scallions.

  2. nigga, that meat is RAW! You can't cook meat for 7 minutes, especially coated and buried under a bunch of other stuff and tell me it's safe to eat.
