ナチュラルチーズ（棒状） 3本
さつまいもかりんとう 6本
ニラ（ゆでておく） 適量
作り方：
① ナチュラルチーズを半分に切る。キッチンバサミでほうきの形になるように切れ目を入れ、穂先を作る。
② さつまいもかりんとうを①にさし、ニラを巻いたら完成！

6 sweet potato pretzels
