豆腐そぼろ親子丼
2人分

材料:
鶏ひき肉 150g
木綿豆腐(ひと口大にちぎる) 150g
卵 2個
片栗粉 小さじ1
水 50ml
A:砂糖 大さじ1
A:酒 大さじ1
A:しょうゆ 大さじ2
A:和風だしの素 小さじ1/2

ごはん 丼2杯分
万能ねぎ 適量

作り方:
1.ボウルに卵、片栗粉を入れてかき混ぜる。

2.鍋に鶏ひき肉、(A)の調味料、水を加えて菜箸で混ぜ合わせ、中火にかける。

3.肉の色が変わったら木綿豆腐を加えて軽く煮る。

4.(3)の鍋を中火にして軽く沸かし、(1)を鍋肌から回し入れる。火を止めてフタをしめ、2分ほど蒸らす。

5.丼にごはんを盛り、(4)をかけ、万能ねぎを散らしたら、完成!

Tofu Oyakodon
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon cornstarch
150 grams ground chicken
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon sake
2 tablespoons soy sauce
½ teaspoon dashi powder
50 milliliters water
150 grams firm tofu, torn
2 cups cooked white rice
Sliced green onions, to taste

PREPARATION
In a small bowl, beat the eggs and cornstarch together. Set aside.
Add the ground chicken, sugar, sake, soy sauce, dashi powder, and water to a medium pan and stir to combine. Cook over medium heat for 3 minutes until the chicken is browned.
Add the tofu and stir to incorporate. Pour in the beaten egg, then cover and steam for 2 minutes until the egg sets.
Serve over rice and garnish with green onions.
