サッパリおつまみ!かぶパッチョ
2人分

材料:
かぶ 2個
生ハム 50g
塩 小さじ1/3

■ドレッシング
オリーブオイル 大さじ1
酢 大さじ1/2
にんにく(すりおろし) 小さじ1/2
粗挽きコショウ 少々

作り方:
1.かぶは茎を切り落として皮をむき、2mm幅の輪切りにし、塩を加えて揉み込み10分置く。茎と葉は小口切りにし、塩少々を加えて揉み込み、水気を絞る。

2.キッチンペーパーでかぶの水気を拭き取る。

3.皿に(2)と生ハムを交互に盛り付け、かぶの葉を散らす。

4.ボウルにオリーブオイル、酢、にんにく、粗挽きコショウを入れてよく混ぜ、(3)に回しかけたら、完成!

TURNIP CARPACCIO
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
2 medium turnips
⅓ teaspoon kosher salt, plus more to taste
50 grams sliced prosciutto

Dressing
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ tablespoon vinegar
½ teaspoon grated garlic
Black pepper, to taste

PREPARATION

1. Remove the turnip stems and set aside, then peel the skin from the turnips. Slice into 2-millimeter thick rounds.
2. Add the turnip slices to a medium bowl and toss with the salt. Let sit for 10 minutes, then pat dry with paper towels.
3. Dice the reserved turnip stems. Add to a medium bowl, season with salt, and let sit for 10 minutes.
4. Make the dressing: In a small bowl, combine the oil, vinegar, garlic, and pepper. Whisk well.
5. Arrange the turnip and prosciutto slices on a serving plate. Top with the turnip stems. Drizzle with the dressing.
6. Enjoy!
