しばマシュマロ
6個分
材料:
水 50ml
グラニュー糖 50g
粉ゼラチン 10g
卵白 1個分

インスタントコーヒー 2g
お湯 小さじ1

片栗粉 適量
チョコレート(溶かす) 適量

作り方:
1.鍋に水、粉ゼラチン、グラニュー糖を加えてよく混ぜ、中火にかける。沸騰直前に火からおろす。

2ボウルに卵白を入れ、ハンドミキサーでツノが立つまで泡立てる。

3.(1)を(2)に少しずつ加えながらふんわりするまで泡立てる。

4.半量を別のボウルに移し、お湯で溶いたインスタントコーヒーを加え、ムラがなくなるまで混ぜる。それぞれの生地を絞り袋に入れ、2つ合わせて1つの絞り袋に入れる。

5.バット一面に片栗粉を振って、スプーンの裏で穴を作り、(4)の先端を切って絞る。

6.茶色の生地で耳を作り、白い生地で柴の模様を書く。竹串の先に溶かしたチョコレートを付け、目、鼻、口を書いたら、完成!

Shiba Marshmallows
Servings: 6

INGREDIENTS
50 milliliters water
50 grams granulated sugar
10 grams gelatin powder
1 large egg white
2 grams coffee
Cornstarch, for dusting
Melted chocolate, for decorating

PREPARATION
Combine the water, sugar, and gelatin powder in a medium pan and stir well. Cook over high heat until just before boiling, then remove from the heat and set aside.
In a medium bowl, beat the egg white with an electric hand mixer on medium speed until medium peaks form. Add ½ of the gelatin mixture at a time and beat well to combine.
Transfer the half of the mixture to a separate medium bowl, then add the coffee to 1 bowl and whisk well to incorporate.
Add the mixtures to 2 separate small piping bags, then add both to a large piping bag.
Spread a generous layer of cornstarch on a small baking sheet, then make 4 2-inch wide wells with the back of a spoon.
Cut off the tip of piping bag, then pipe 4 dollops of the marshmallow mixture into the wells.
Separate the 2 colors from the large piping bag and use the coffee mixture to make ears. Use the plain mixture to pip eyes and noses. Dip a toothpick in the melted chocolate to draw the faces.
Spoon cornstarch over the marshmallows to completely cover, then gently brush off the faces.
