明太子マッシュポテト
2人分
材料:
じゃがいも(ひと口大) 100g
生クリーム 60ml
ピザ用チーズ 200g
明太子(皮を除いてほぐす) 40g
バター 10g
にんにく(すりおろし) 小さじ1
パセリ 適量
バゲット 適量
作り方:
1.ボウルにじゃがいもを入れてふんわりラップをかけ、600Wの電子レンジで5分加熱する。熱いうちにマッシャーで潰す。
2.スキレットにバターを溶かし、にんにくを入れて炒める。
3.香りが立ったら、ピザ用チーズ、生クリームを加えて5分ほどかき混ぜながら溶かす。
4.(1)を加えて練り混ぜ、すくい上げて伸びるようになったら、明太子を加えてしっかり混ぜる。
5.仕上げにパセリを振ったら、完成!お好みで焼いたバゲットに付けていただく。

Mentaiko Mashed Potatoes
Servings: 2
INGREDIENTS
100 grams potatoes, diced
10 grams butter
1 teaspoon grated garlic
200 grams shredded mozzarella cheese
60 milliliters heavy cream
40 grams mentaiko (spicy cod roe)
Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Sliced baguette, for serving
PREPARATION
1. Add the potatoes to a medium bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Microwave at 600W for 4-5 minutes, until tender.
2. While they are still hot, mash the potatoes.
3. Melt the butter in a medium skillet over low heat. Add the garlic and sauté for 30 seconds, until fragrant. Add the shredded cheese and heavy cream and stir until melted and smooth, about 5 minutes.
4. Add the mashed potatoes and stir well to fully incorporate, then add the mentaiko and stir to combine.
5. Garnish with parsley and serve with baguette for dipping.
6. Enjoy!
