春巻きの皮で!アボカドと生ハム巻きフライ

材料:
春巻きの皮 4枚
アボカド 1個
生ハム 40g
レモン汁 小さじ1
塩 少々
コショウ 少々
水 大さじ1
小麦粉 小さじ1
サラダ油 適量

レモン(くし切り) 適量

作り方:
1.小麦粉と水は混ぜ合わせてのりを作る。

2.ボウルにアボカドを入れてフォークで潰し、レモン汁、塩、コショウを加えて混ぜる。

3.春巻きの皮は縦3等分に切る。春巻きの端に生ハム、(2)をスプーン1杯ほどのせ、三角形に包む。端にのりを塗り、しっかりと押さえる。

4.フライパンに多めの油を入れて熱し、(3)を並べ入れ、両面きつね色になるまで揚げ焼きにする。

5.皿に盛り、レモンを添えたら、完成!

Avocado Spring Rolls
Makes 12 rolls

INGREDIENTS
1 teaspoon all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon water
1 avocado, pitted and diced
Kosher salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon lemon juice
4 egg roll wrappers
40 grams prosciutto
Vegetable oil, for frying
Lemon wedges, for serving

PREPARATION
In a small bowl, mix together the flour and water. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, mash the avocado with a fork. Add the salt, pepper, and lemon juice and mix well.
Slice the egg roll wrappers into thirds.
Scoop a bit of avocado onto the right side of an egg roll wrapper and top with a bit of prosciutto. Fold toward the left to make a triangle shape. Brush the last part of the triangle with the flour paste and fold to seal. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
Heat oil in a large skillet until it reaches 340˚F (170˚C). Fry the egg rolls in the hot oil, flipping once, until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
Serve immediately with lemon wedges.

  2. Why would you put these fillings inside… there are so many better options lol, or at least be creative and show us a samosa made with this eggroll sheet (which i tried and it was so gooooood)
