How to make chocolate chip cookies チョコチップクッキーの作り方

This recipe makes a perfect chocolate chip cookies easily.
混ぜるだけで簡単にできる、チョコレートチップクッキーの作り方を紹介します。

■Ingredients
90 grams of chocolate
100 grams of butter
85 grams of sugar
160 grams of flour
1 egg
vanilla extract

■Directions
Crush 90 grams of chocolate with kitchen knife.
Mix 100 grams of butter and 85 grams of sugar.
Add beaten egg to bowl and mix it.
Add the banilla extract and mix it.
Add 160 grams of flour and mix it.
Add crushed chocolate and mix it.
Drop by large spoonfuls onto ungreased pans.
Bake for 10-15 minutes in oven preheated 180℃.

■材料
板チョコ 1枚(90g)
バター　100g
砂糖　85g
薄力粉　160g
卵　1個

■手順
包丁で板チョコ1枚(約90g)を刻んでおきます。
バター100gと砂糖85gをよく混ぜあわせます。
別の器に卵1個を溶き、数回に分けて加えながら混ぜあわせます。
バニラエッセンスを適量加え、混ぜあわせます。
小麦粉を160gを加え、よく混ぜあわせます。
刻んでおいたチョコレートを加え、混ぜあわせます。
スプーンを使い、天板の上に一口大に並べます。
180℃に予熱したオーブンで10-15分ほど焼き上げます。
