とろ〜りチーズが溢れ出す！チーズチキン

鶏むね肉にさけるチーズを挟んで揚げるだけでお家で簡単に作れる韓国グルメの出来上がりです♪

チーズチキン

材料：
鶏むね肉 1枚
さけるチーズ 3本
塩 少々
コショウ 少々

■衣
薄力粉 適量
溶き卵 1個
パン粉 適量
揚げ油 適量
　
作り方：
1.鶏むね肉は厚みが半分になるように中央に切り込みを入れて観音開きにする。ラップをかぶせて、めん棒で叩いて薄く伸ばす。

2.鶏肉の両面に塩、コショウをまぶし、さけるチーズを乗せて挟む。

3.全体に薄力粉をまぶして溶き卵にくぐらせ、パン粉をまぶす。

4.170℃の油で5分ほど、きつね色になるまで揚げる。キッチンペーパーの上にとって油を切ったら、完成！

INGREDIENTS
1 chicken breast
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
3 pieces string cheese

Batter
1 cup flour
1 egg, beaten
1 cup bread crumbs
1 quart canola oil, for frying

PREPARATION
1. Score the chicken breast using two 45-degree angles. Cover with plastic wrap and spread it into a thin layer with a rolling pin.

2. Season with salt and pepper on both sides. Place the string cheese on the chicken and fold the chicken breast in half, wrapping the cheese inside.

3. Coat the chicken with pastry flour and dip it into the beaten egg, then coat it with bread crumbs.

4. Fry it at 340˚F (170˚C) for 5 minutes until it browns. Drain the oil after frying.
