サムギョプサル丼

材料:
豚バラ肉ブロック 400g
白菜キムチ(ざく切り) 100g

■タレ
みそ 大さじ3
コチュジャン 大さじ3
はちみつ 大さじ1
ごま油 大さじ1
にんにく(すりおろし) 小さじ1

ごはん 500g
レタス 2枚
白いりごま 小さじ1

作り方:
1.豚肉は繊維に沿って2cm厚さに切る。

2.フライパンに油を引かずに中火に熱し、豚肉を並べ入れる。カリッと焼き目が付くまで3分ほど焼き、裏返してさらに3分ほど焼く。

3.ボウルにタレの調味料を混ぜ合わせ、(2)に回しかけて煮絡める。

4.丼にごはんを盛り、レタス、白菜キムチを乗せる。(3)を乗せ、いりごまを振ったら、完成!

INGREDIENTS
400 grams pork belly block

Sauce
3 tablespoons miso
3 tablespoons hot pepper paste
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon garlic, grated

500 grams rice
2 pieces green leaf lettuce
100 grams Chinese cabbage kimchi
Sesame seeds, for garnish

PREPARATION
1. Cut the pork belly into 2-cm slices.

2. Heat a pan over medium heat without oil and put the pork belly on it. Cook for 3 minutes until it turns brown and crispy, then turn it over and cook for 3 more minutes.

3. In a bowl, add seasonings to make the sauce and combine them. Pour over the pork belly and simmer to mix.

4. Scoop rice into a bowl and add lettuce, Chinese cabbage kimchi, and the pork belly, then sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

5. Enjoy!

  1. Plz, fry that kimchi with fork oil in the fan! that's the way korean eats 'サムギョプサル'!
    And I also recommend to fry garlic slices.
    Fork fat + kimchi, garlic. OH, MY….

  2. @WaterLillies this is a "japanese" recipe not korean…so no, he or she wont fry the kimchi with fork in oil "the korean way"…idiot ==

  3. Not going to lie, my pork belly is usually reserved for okonomiyaki or home made ramen bowls, but this don has me thinking I have been limiting my scope of cooking. More pork belly recipes please.
