ひき肉の代わりにツナ缶を使ったお手軽レシピ。
カレー粉を加えてスパイシーに仕上げれば、お酒にもぴったり合いますよ。
ポイントは、ピザ用チーズで羽根を作ること!

チーズ羽根付き!おつまみツナ餃子

材料:
■餃子の餡
ツナ缶(汁気を切る) 80g
コーン缶 50g
にんにく(すりおろし) 小さじ1/2
カレー粉 小さじ1/2
餃子の皮 12枚
水 50ml
サラダ油 大さじ2
ピザ用チーズ 60g
作り方:
1.ボウルにツナ、コーン、にんにく、カレー粉を入れて混ぜ合わせる。
2.餃子の皮のふち半分に水(分量外)を塗り、(1)を中央にのせて、ひだを作って閉じる。
3.フライパンにサラダ油を熱し、(2)を円になるように並べて、中火で2分ほど焼く。
4.裏面にうっすらと焼き色がついたら、水を回し入れて蓋をして3分ほど蒸し焼きにする。
5.蓋を開けて水分を飛ばし、空いている所にピザ用チーズを散らして、チーズがカリッときつね色になるまで3分ほど焼く。
6.フライパンに皿をかぶせて裏返したら、完成!

Cheese Tuna Dumplings
Servings: 12
INGREDIENTS
80 grams canned tuna
50 grams canned corn
½ tablespoon garlic, grated
½ teaspoon curry powder
12 dumpling skins
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
50ml water
60 grams mozzarella cheese
PREPARATION
1. Making the filling: In a bowl, add tuna, corn, garlic, and curry powder. Mix.
2. Put water on the edge of half of the skins and add the filling in the center. Fold in half and pinch pleats into the edges to wrap up the dumplings. Repeat with the remaining dumpling skins.
3. In a pan, heat vegetable oil to medium heat. Set the dumplings in a circle and cook for 2 minutes.
4. Once the back sides turn brown, pour water evenly over the dumplings and cover with a lid. Steam for 3 minutes.
5. Remove the lid once the water has evaporated and sprinkle the cheese all around the pan. Cook for 3 more minutes until it turns brown and crispy.
6. Cover the pan with a plate and invert it so that the dumplings are now on the plate.
7. Enjoy!

I hate tuna fish. And all fish in general.
That music is almost as aggressive as the cheese on tuna dumplings with corn, this is an assault on the senses if I ever saw one
