  1. Looks nice but wouldn't the meat take longer to cook than the puff pastry? How do you manage that?

  2. I've made something similar from two good inch thick sirloin steaks, with sautéed mushrooms and crumbled blue cheese. It's amazing with a walnut and pear salad topped with crispy diced baby new potatoes! I can't wait till we move in the Spring and get a decent kitchen again!
