一口ポテトの唐揚げ粉焼き
2人分
材料:
じゃがいも 2個
【A】ピザ用チーズ 20g
【A】塩 適量
【A】黒コショウ 適量
唐揚げ粉 適量
作り方:
① じゃがいもは一口大に切って水にさらして水気を切る。耐熱容器に入れてふんわりとラップをし、600Wのレンジで5分加熱してフォークなどでつぶす。
② 滑らかになった①に【A】を加えさらに混ぜたら、一口大の団子に丸める。
③ ②に唐揚げ粉を薄くまぶす。
④ アルミホイルをしいた天板に③を並べ、トースターで焼き色がつくまで焼いたら、完成!

One-Bite Potato Roasted Nuggets
(2 servings)
INGREDIENTS
2 potatoes
[A] Pizza Cheese, 20g
[A] Salt, to taste
[A] Black Pepper, to taste
Fried chicken powder, as needed
PREPARATION
1. Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and soak them in water. Drain the water and place the potatoes in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes until softened. Mash with a fork or similar tool.
2. Add [A] ingredients to the mashed potatoes and mix until smooth. Shape into small bite-sized balls.
3. Roll the potato balls in fried chicken powder.
4. Arrange the coated potato balls on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Toast in a toaster oven until they develop a golden-brown color.
5. Once done, your One-Bite Potato Nugget is ready!
