ご飯が進む！トンテキ〜ソースこってり♪〜 / Tonteki-pork-chop

トンテキとは、豚肉のステーキ！
グローブのような形をしているのが特徴的な、がっつりレシピです。
甘辛いソースがお肉に絡んで、ぺろっと1枚食べられちゃいます！

トンテキ
2人分

材料：
豚ロース肉（とんかつ用） 2枚
にんにく（スライス） 1片
薄力粉 適量
塩 少々
コショウ 少々
サラダ油 大さじ1
■ソース
ウスターソース 大さじ2
ケチャップ 大さじ1
しょうゆ 大さじ1/2
バター 10g
キャベツ（千切り） 適量

作り方：
1.豚ロース肉は肉と脂身の間に4箇所切り込みを入れて筋切りし、両面に塩、コショウ、薄力粉をまぶす。
2.ウスターソース、ケチャップ、しょうゆを合わせる。
3.フライパンにサラダ油、ニンニクを入れて弱火にかけ、きつね色になったら取り出す。
4.(3)のフライパンを再び中火に熱し、豚肉を並べ入れる。焼き色が付いたら裏返し、さらに3分ほど焼く。
5.(2)を(4)に回しかけ、バターを加えて煮絡める。
6.器にトンテキを盛り付けてにんにくチップをのせ、千切りキャベツを添えたら、完成！

INGREDIENTS
2 slices pork loin
1 clove garlic
Some bread flour
A pinch of salt
A pinch of black pepper
1 tablespoon oil
■SAUCE
2 tablespoons worcester sauce
1 tablespoon ketchup
1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
10g butter
Some cabbage (thinly sliced)

PREPARATION
1. Make slits between fat of a pork loin to break gristle. Salt and pepper each side and dredge flour.
2. Mix worcester sauce, ketchup and soy sauce in a bow.
3. Heat oil and garlic in a pan over low heat. Take out garlic when it’s brown.
4. Turn up heat to medium, sear pork until one side is golden, then flip for the other side for three more minutes.
5. Pour mixture (2) into the pan and add butter until the ssauce is thicken.
6. Fork over the pork to a plate and top with garlic chips. Serve with cabbage. 7.Enjoy!
