ご飯を炒めて、巻いて、チンするだけで出来上がり!キムチとチーズの相性も抜群の簡単美味しいチーズキンパです。チーズがトロトロのアツアツでも、冷めても美味しくいただけます♪

キムチチーズキンパ
1本分
材料:
白菜キムチ(みじん切り) 50g
スパム(1cm角切り) 50g
ごま油 小さじ1
コチュジャン 小さじ1
ご飯 200g
ピザ用チーズ(モッツァレラ) 50g
焼きのり 1枚
サニーレタス 1枚
白いりごま
作り方:
1. フライパンにごま油を引いて中火に熱し、スパムを炒める。
2.キムチ、コチュジャンを加えてよく混ぜ合わせて炒め、ご飯を加えてさらに混ぜ合わせる。
3. 巻きすの上にラップを広げてのりをのせ、上部2cm程余白を残し、(2)を均一に広げる。
4. 手前にサニーレタス、ピザ用チーズをのせ、手前の巻きすを持ち上げながら巻く。
5. ラップを巻いたまま、600Wの電子レンジで1分〜1分30秒程加熱する。(チーズが溶けるまで加熱する。)
6.ラップを外し、食べやすい大きさに切り分けたら、完成!

INGREDIENTS
50 grams Chinese cabbage kimchi (chopped)
50 grams Spam (1cm square cut)
1 teaspoon Sesame oil
1 teaspoon Gochujang
200 grams Rice
50 grams Mozzarella
1 piece Grilled seaweed
1 leaf Lettuce
White sesame seeds
PREPARATION
1. Add sesame oil to a frying pan and heat over medium heat to fry the spam.
2. Add kimchi and gochujang, mix well and fry. Add rice and mix further.
3. Cover a sushi roller with plastic wrap and place the grilled seaweed on top. Spread the rice mixture evenly on top of the seaweed, leaving a 2cm space at the top.
4. Place the lettuce and pizza cheese along the bottom, and tightly roll everything.
5. While still inside the plastic wrap, heat in a 600W microwave oven for 1-1.5 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
6. Remove the wrap, cut into pieces that are easy to eat, and you’re done!
7. Enjoy!

And seriously
You all will LOVE it
It was so delicious
There's no gochujang in kimchi fried rice. And who puts lettuce on hot rice? A better idea would have been perilla leaves/shiso, which don't get the gross waterlogged taste of wilted lettuce.
