冷たいうどんに熱々の豚キムチ♪

豚キムチぶっかけうどん
2人分
材料:
豚バラ肉 150g
キムチ 150g
もやし 100g
ごま油 大さじ1
しょうゆ 大さじ1
塩 少々
コショウ 少々
うどん 2玉
めんつゆ(ストレート)100ml
万能ねぎ(みじん切り)2本分
マヨネーズ 大さじ1
作り方:
1.豚バラ肉は食べやすい大きさに切り、塩、コショウをもみこんでおく。
2.フライパンにごま油をひいて(1)を炒め、肉の色が変わったらもやし、白菜キムチを入れ、しょうゆを回し入れ炒め合わせる。
3.うどんはゆでてお湯を切り、器に入れる。
4.うどんの上からめんつゆをかけ、豚キムチをのせる。万能ねぎを散らし、マヨネーズを添えたら、完成!

Bukkake Udon with Kimchi
Servings: 2
INGREDIENTS
150g pork belly (thinly sliced)
150g kimchi
100g bean sprouts
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Some salt and pepper
2 packs udon
100ml noodle soup base (mentsuyu)
2 strings scallion (chopped)
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
PREPARATION
1. Cut pork belly into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Cook the pork (1) in a lightly oiled (sesame oil) pan. When pork is cooked, add bean sprouts, kimchi, and soy sauce and stir-fry.
3. Cook and strain udon. Put udon in a bowl.
4. Pour some mentsuyu over udon. Put pork-kimchi (2) on top. Sprinkle with some scallions. Serve with mayonnaise.
5. Enjoy!
