スーパーやコンビニで買ってくるのもいいけれど、おうちでアレンジして最高のたまごサンドを作ってみませんか?

ふわふわたまごサンド
材料:
食パン 6枚
卵 4個
マヨネーズ 大さじ3
牛乳 大さじ1
砂糖 ひとつまみ
塩 ひとつまみ
コショウ 少々
バター(室温に戻す) 15g
作り方:
1.鍋に湯を沸かし、卵をそっと入れて10分茹でる。冷水に取って5分ほど冷やし、殻をむく。
2.ゆで卵を白身と黄身に分けて、白身をみじん切りにする。
3.ボウルに黄身を入れてフォークで潰し、マヨネーズ、牛乳、砂糖、塩、コショウを加えて混ぜる。全体に馴染んだら、(2)を加えて混ぜ合わせる。
4.パンにバターを塗り、(3)をたっぷりのせて、もう1枚のパンで挟む。ラップに包み、冷蔵庫で10分寝かせる。
5.パンの耳を切り落とし、半分に切ったら、完成!
厚焼きたまごサンド
材料:
食パン 2枚
卵 3個
だし汁 50ml
砂糖 小さじ1
塩 ひとつまみ
サラダ油 大さじ1
マヨネーズ 大さじ2
練りからし 小さじ½
作り方:
1.ボウルに卵を割りほぐし、だし汁、砂糖、塩を加えて菜箸で切るように混ぜる。
2.卵焼き器にサラダ油を引いて中火に熱し、(1)を一気に流し入れる。菜箸で大きくかき混ぜ、半熟状になったらパンの形に整え、裏返して両面焼く。
3.ボウルにマヨネーズ、練りからしを入れて混ぜる。
4.パンに(3)を塗り、(2)をのせてもう1枚のパンで挟む。ラップに包み、バットなどで重石をして5分置く。
5.パンの耳を切り落とし、4等分に切り分けたら、完成!

Fluffy Egg Sandwich
Servings:2
INGREDIENTS
6 Slices of bread
4 Eggs
3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Milk
A pinch of Sugar
A pinch of Salt
A pinch of Pepper
15g Butter (at room temperature)
PREPARATION
1. Boil water in a pan, gently lower down the eggs into the water and boil for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and place in icy water, let cool for about 5 minutes, and peel.
2. Divide the boiled egg into whites and yolks, and chop the whites.
3. Place the yolks in a bowl, and crush it with a fork, add mayonnaise, milk, sugar, salt, pepper and mix. When all is well mixed, add (2) and mix one more time.
4. Spread butter on a bread slice, top with your egg mixture (3), and sandwich with another slice of bread. Wrap in plastic wrap and let sit in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
5. Cut off the bread crust, cut in half, and you’re done!
6. Enjoy!
Grilled Egg Sandwich
Servings: 2
INGREDIENTS
2 Slices of bread
3 Eggs
50 milliliters Dashi soup
1 teaspoon Sugar
A pinch of Salt
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon Japanese mustard
PREPARATION
1. Crack the eggs in a bowl, add dashi broth, sugar and salt, and mix with chopsticks.
2. Add vegetable oil to an egg pan (square pan), heat it over medium heat, and pour (1) in one movement. Stir with chopsticks forming big ribbons, and when it is semi cooked, but still a bit runny, use a spatula to make it into a square shape roughly the size of the bread slice, turn it over and bake it on both sides.
3. Mix the mayonnaise and kneaded mustard in a bowl.
4. Spread the mix (3) on the bread slice, top with the grilled egg(2) and sandwich it with another bread. Wrap it in plastic wrap, and place something heavy on top to compress it, let rest for 5 minutes.
5. Remove the crust, and cut it into four equal parts, and you’re done!
6. Enjoy!

Wow, seriously? Why cutting the bread after you put in the ing. ? Why not just before you put them in? Why the need for plastic wrap?! What kind of ing. description is this? „Japanese mustard“ yeah right, every knows the japanese mustard, why not taking usual mustard + what makes it different.. so people at home can actually do this, instead purely watch this.
