アジ 2尾
塩 適量
白コショウ 適量
薄力粉 適量
卵 1個
パン粉 適量
サラダ油(揚げ用) 適量
作り方:
① アジはぜいごと内臓をとり、背開きにする。
② ①のアジに塩と白コショウをふる。
③ ②のアジに薄力粉、溶き卵、パン粉の順でつける。
④ ③を170度の揚げ油でこんがりと揚げたら、完成!

Holy mackerel!
