In Japan, traditionally we clean our houses (and tools we use in daily life) thoroughly near the end of the year. This time I decided to clean some of my pots and pans. Hope you'll enjoy it!

mine is Indian round bottomed wok I have for about 10 years, it burned exactly like that yours but, also from outside, so how to clean it

She was cooking some barbecue hash and burned it very severely which is the first for her. So it was barbecue sauce tomatoes carrots and onions all burned to the bottom of the pot. I had to do this several times but it worked and it's brand new
