ジョッキそうめん
2人分

材料:
そうめん 2束
めんつゆ 適量
揚げ玉 適量
山芋(すりおろす) 適量

作り方:
① 鍋にたっぷりのお湯を沸かし、そうめんを入れる。30秒後に火を止め、蓋をし5分待つ。
② ①のそうめんをザルにあげ、流水でよく洗う。
③ ビールジョッキに②のそうめんを入れ、めんつゆをそそぐ。上に揚げ玉と山芋をかけたら、完成!

Somen Noodles in a Beer Mug?!
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
2 bunches somen noodles
Noodle dashi base (aka Mentsuyu), as needed
Tempura crunchies, as needed
Japanese yam (grated), as needed

PREPARATION
1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Turn off the heat 30 seconds after adding the somen noodles into the pot. Let it sit for 5 minutes with the lid on.
2. Drain and rinse the noodles well with the running water.
3. Put the noodles (2) in a beer mug. Pour some noodle dashi base. Put some tempura crunchies and grated Japanese yam on top.
4. Enjoy!
