材料:
冷凍うどん 2玉
Aコチュジャン 大さじ2
A鶏ガラスープの素 小さじ1
Aごま油 大さじ2
Bきゅうり(細切り) 1本
Bゆで卵(半分に切る) 1個
Bキムチ 適量
B韓国のり 適量
B白ごま 適量
作り方:
① 耐熱容器に冷凍うどんを入れラップをし、600Wの電子レンジで3分加熱する。
② ①にAを入れよく混ぜ合わせる。
③ 器に②を盛り、Bを盛り付けたら、完成!

2 packs frozen udon
A
2 tablespoons gochujang
1 teaspoon chicken stock powder
2 tablespoons sesame oil
B
1 cucumber (shredded)
1 boiled egg (cut into halves)
Kimchi, as needed
Korean dried seaweed, as needed
White sesame seeds, as needed
PREPARATION
1. Put the frozen udon in a heat-proof bowl and cover with a plastic wrap. Microwave
for 3 minutes at 600W.
2. Add all of the ingredients A into the bowl (1) and mix well.
3. Place the noodle (2) in a bowl. Put all of the ingredients B on top.
4. Enjoy!
